Directions for: Dilled Egg Salad with Green Onion and Butter Lettuce Sandwich

Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

1 green onion, finely chopped

1 Tbsp mayonnaise

2 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped

2 slices Carrot, Celery and Leek bread

Directions

1. In a bowl, chop hard-boiled eggs, add finely sliced green onion, mayonnaise and chopped fresh dill. Mix until blended. Spread mixture over 1 slice of bread, drape with lettuce leaf and top with slice of bread. Cut into quarters and serve.
