Delicious whether topped with the berry topping or the sour cream topping.
Graham Cracker Crust
Sour Cream Topping
Measure graham cracker crumbs into a 10″ spring form pan. Pat on bottom and up 1/4 of the sides of the pan.
Mix all the ingredients with an electric mixer until the consistency of thick mild.
Pour into crust. Bake at 450ºF for 1/2 hour.
Turn oven off. Leave in over for 1/2 hour without opening the oven.
Cook until thick and clear.
Add the fresh strawberries
Top the cheesecake.
Mix the sour cream, sugar and vanilla together.
Spread carefully over completely cooled cheesecake.
Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
