Directions for: Field Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cup (175 ml) frozen or fresh mixed berries

1 cup (250 ml) 2% milk

½ cup (125 ml) vanilla yogurt

¼ cup (50 ml) All-Bran Buds* cereal

Directions

1. Place fruit in blender container. Add milk, yogurt and All-Bran Buds*. Blend until smooth. Makes 500 mL (2 cups).
