Directions for: Frozen Banana Bombe


1 squares Baker’s Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted

2 yellow bananas, mashed

1 ¼ cup cold milk

¼ cup amber rum

1 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding

1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1 tubs (500 mL) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed


1. LINE large glass bowl with plastic wrap. Drizzle inside with melted chocolate; chill.

2. MASH bananas; set aside.

3. COMBINE milk, rum, instant pudding and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat on medium until smooth. Stir in bananas.

4. FOLD in whipped topping; spoon into bowl. Freeze until firm.

5. REMOVE from freezer, unmould and remove plastic wrap. Let stand at room temperature 5 min before slicing to serve.
