Frozen Citrus Mini Cheesecakes

1 container PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp grated orange rind
1. COMBINE container PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese with 1 can (6 oz) thawed, undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate. Blend in 1 tsp each sugar and grated orange rind.
2. LINE a muffin tin with 8 paper liners. Divide filling evenly between liners. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Remove paper liners.
3. SERVE frozen with fruit or raspberry sauce.
