Frozen Mango Margarita

Tbsp orange liqueur (60 ml)

Tbsp tequila (60 ml)

Tbsp simple syrup (60 ml)

cup crushed ice cubes (375 ml)
lime wedge, for rim of glass
salt or sugar, for rim of glass

Step 1

Moisten the rims of two 6-ounce margarita glasses or martini glasses with lime wedge. Add a layer of sugar or salt to a small plate or container. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar or salt.

Step 2

Add lime juice, mango puree, orange liqueur, tequila, simple syrup and crushed ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Check for seasoning and adjust taste with lime juice or simple syrup. Blend again until smooth. Makes two-6 ounce drinks.
