Mix 3 cups coconut yoghurt with 1/2 cup Pure Leaf Green Tea & Honey, 3 tbsp honey and pour into a 9×9 inch parchment lined baking dish.
Mix 1 cup coconut yoghurt with 1/4 cup Pure Leaf Green Tea & Honey, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp matcha powder.
Drizzle green matcha yoghurt into the baking dish and use a skewer to create a swirl/marbling effect. Top with coconut curls and freeze for 6 hours.
Remove from the freezer, break apart and serve immediately.
