Whether your kids prefer tomatoes, cucumbers or apples, these adorable sandwiches will appease even the pickiest of eaters.

Directions
Cut a little bit off the top and bottom of your tomatoes then cut them in half.
Place tomato halves on a tray. Spread cream cheese on a tomato half and add 7-8 Goldfish crackers to the cream cheese. Top with the other half of the tomato.
Slice up cucumbers in even slices around 1/2 inch thick.
Place cucumber slices on a tray and put a dollop of hummus on each slice, add 3-4 Goldfish crackers on top.
Core apples and cut apple into 1 inch slices. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice per cup of water, enough to cover your cut apples. This helps prevent browning.
Place apple pinwheel on a serving tray and spread sunflower seed butter generously covering the apple slice. Add Goldfish crackers to the sunflower seed butter and top with another apple pinwheel.
