Fruit Cashew Mix
- serves 3

1 cup dry sour cherries (250 ml)
1 cup dry wild blueberries (250 ml)
1 cup salted cashews (250 ml)
1 tsp lemon zest (5 ml)
1 tsp lime zest (5 ml)
Coarse salt, to taste
1. In a large glass bowl combine cherries, blueberries, cashews, lemon and lime zest until well blended. Allow the mix to infuse and season with coarse salt on it before serving.
