g of button mushrooms, cleaned

cup red wine

cup short rib jus

Step 1
In a large fry pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes. Add wine and cook until absorbed. Season mushrooms with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add short rib jus and thyme. Simmer until mushrooms are soft and sauce has reduced by half, glazing the mushrooms. Serve immediately.
