Governor’s Mansion Peach Tea Punch

Directions for: Governor’s Mansion Peach Tea Punch

Ingredients

4 cup water

3 tea bags (orange pekoe)

2 cup mint leaves, loosely packed

1 bottle (1 L) peach nectar

1 can frozen lemonade concentrate (16 oz), thawed

½ cup 1:1 simple syrup

1 L ginger ale

1 L club soda

bourbon

Directions

1. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Add the tea bags and mint leaves, and let steep for 2 minutes. Chill.

2. Add the peach nectar, lemonade concentrate, simple syrup and ginger ale. Dilute with club soda to taste.

3. Place the mixture in a punch bowl or spigoted beverage dispenser. Fill a tall glass with ice, add 1.5oz of bourbon, and top up with the peach tea. Garnish with peach slices and mint.
