Grated Beet, Carrot & Broccoli

mixed greens (enough to fill one medium-sized salad bowl)

cup sunflower seed sprouts, loosely packed (may substitute other sprouts)

cup carrots, grated

cup beets, grated

cup broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
dried 1 heaping tbsp cranberries

Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds (raw)

Dressing

Juice of 1 lemon

Tbsp hemp seed oil

Tbsp olive oil

clove garlic

tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
