pouch UNCLE BEN'S® BISTRO EXPRESS® Tomato & Herb Rice

cup (500 mL) turkey or chicken, shredded
4
slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1
tomato, chopped
1
cup (250 mL) English cucumber, chopped
½
cup (125 mL) red onion, thinly sliced
½
cup (125 mL) tzaziki sauce, divided

pocket-style pitas
6
leaves Romaine lettuce
¼
cup (60 mL) feta cheese, crumbled

Step 1
Prepare UNCLE BEN’S® BISTRO EXPRESS® Tomato & Herb Rice according to package directions; cool slightly. Toss the cooked rice with turkey, bacon, tomato, cucumber and onion. Stir in tzaziki until evenly coated.
Step 2
Cut each pita in half and gently open the pocket. Arrange lettuce leaves on the bottom of each pita and divide filling evenly.
Step 3
Sprinkle the feta over each portion. Serve immediately.
