Zesty ham salad on endive leaves is a light and flavourful appetizer for your next party.

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise

tsp dijon mustard

dashes hot sauce

Tbsp fresh dill, chopped plus fronds for garnish

tsp pepper

oz deli ham, finely chopped

hard-boiled egg, peeled and finely chopped

stalk celery, finely chopped

Tbsp dill pickle relish
20
endive leaves, for serving
2
slices Cheddar, cut into small triangles

Directions

Step 1

Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, dill and pepper in a small bowl and mix until well blended.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the ham, egg, celery and relish. Pour the dressing over and mix to combine.

Step 3

To serve, place a spoonful of the ham salad on the wide end of an endive leaf. Garnish with a piece of cheese and some dill.
