cup (60 mL) olive oil
tsp (7 mL) herbes de Provence
clove garlic, chopped in half
tsp (2 mL) sea salt
bag plain popcorn
In a small saucepan on low heat, mix the oil, herbes de Provence and garlic, for about 3 minutes. Remove pan from stove, and prepare popcorn.
Remove and discard garlic gloves from mixture, and pour it over the hot popcorn, shaking the bowl to mix as you go. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
