Per serving: 290 calories, 18 g total fat, (5 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 90 mg cholesterol, 430 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, 0 g fibre, 0 g sugars, 29 g protein. % DV: 4% vitamin A, 0% vitamin C, 2% calcium, 15% iron.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Combine Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cube, Becel® Buttery Taste margarine and half the rosemary and garlic in small bowl.
Place chicken in roasting pan. Spread bouillon mixture over chicken and under skin. Stuff cavity with remaining ingredients except Knorr® Turkey Classic Roast Gravy Mix.
Roast 30 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Cover pan with foil and continue roasting 1 1/4 hours. Remove foil and roast 15 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 165°F (75C°). Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Meanwhile, prepare Knorr® Turkey Classic Roast Gravy Mix according to package directions, adding pan drippings. Serve with roast chicken.
