Step 1
Combine tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, water, nutmeg, paprika, celery and kosher salt.
Stir.
Step 2
Bring to boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Whisk cornstarch and water together and whisk into ketchup base.
Step 5
Cook 10 minutes on low.
Step 6
Cool and funnel into a bottle.
