Honey-Garlic Chicken Burgers

g large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts

large zipper lock freezer bag
½
cup honey garlic sauce (jar variety)
cooking spray
6
whole wheat buns (6-8)
fixings of your choice
Veggie Dip
¼
cup low-fat mayonnaise
¼
cup no-fat sour cream
½
tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Veggies

cup pre-washed baby carrots
2
cup pre-washed and cut broccoli
2
cup pre-washed and cut cauliflower

red pepper, sliced into strips

Step 1
Place chicken breasts in zipper lock freezer bag.
Step 2
Pour honey-garlic sauce over top.
Step 3
Seal and squish sauce all over chicken.
Step 4
Toss in freezer
Step 5
Grill chicken breasts on BBQ or broil in oven until juices run clear and center is no longer pink. (160F). (If you use cooking spray, spray directly on lean cuts of meat, it helps them not to stick to either pan or grill).
Step 6
Slice buns and arrange fixings, e.g. mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato.
Step 7
Blend together mayonnaise, no-fat sour cream and spice to make veggie dip.
Step 8
Store in Fridge.
