4 large carrots, cut into thin sticks
30 mL (2 tablespoons) olive oil
15 mL (1 tablespoon) honey

1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread the carrots evenly on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender and lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
