12 - 24 fresh oysters

½ lb(s) unsalted butter

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced


1. Add minced garlic and panko breadcrumbs to butter and stir until a good ball is formed.

2. Shuck oysters and leave on the half shell.

3. Tip out part of oyster liquor. Cover oysters with garlic butter.

4. Broil in toaster oven for 3-5 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.

5. Serve hot.
