oz (250 g) lean ground beef
½
onion, diced
¼
cup (60 mL) dill pickles, chopped (optional)

Tbsp (15 mL) yellow mustard or Dijon mustard
½
tsp (2 mL) dried oregano
¼
tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper

lb(s) (500 g) pizza dough

cup (75 mL) pizza sauce or tomato pasta sauce
1
tomato, thinly sliced
½
cup (125 mL) each Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions
Step 1
In skillet, fry beef and onion over medium-high heat, breaking up with spoon, until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain off fat; stir in pickles, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 2
On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 12-inch (30 cm) circle; transfer to greased pizza pan.
Step 3
Spread sauce over dough; top evenly with beef mixture. Top with sliced tomato and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake in bottom third of preheated 475°F (240°C) oven until cheese is bubbly and crust is deep golden, 15 to 18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
