Ingredients

Lemon Berry Crisp with Canadia

pkg of mixed frozen berries

Tbsp all-purpose flour

Tbsp grated lemon rind

Topping

cup shredded Canadian Swiss Cheese
1
cup large flaked rolled oats
½
cup all-purpose flour
½
cup packed brown sugar
cup butter, melted
¾
cup vanilla yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly butter 8-cup (2-L) square glass baking dish.

Step 2

In bowl, combine berries, sugar, flour and lemon rind; toss to coat evenly and spread into prepared baking dish.

Step 3

In bowl, combine cheese, oats, flour and sugar; drizzle with butter and toss to mix. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.

Step 4

Bake for 40- 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbling. Serve warm or at room temperature topped with vanilla yogurt.
