2 cup whipping cream (500 ml)
1 cup sugar, granulated (250 ml)
½ cup lemon juice, fresh (125 ml)
2 Tbsp lemon zest (30 ml)
1. In a medium glass bowl, using a hand mixer combine whipping cream and sugar until sugar dissolves. Stir in lemon juice and zest. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and allow it to freeze. Follow manufacturer’s instructions.
