Step 1
To make sun tea, add a few slices of lemon to a glass of iced tea and set it in the sun for 4-6 hours.
Step 2
Fill a glass with ice. Top with sun tea and lavender simple syrup. Mix and garnish with lemon wedge.
Step 3
To make a lavender simple syrup: Bring 1 cup of water and 3 Tbsp. fresh or dried lavender to a boil. Stir in 2 cups sugar until fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Then strain the lavender before using. This mixture will last for only 3 days.
