1 ounce Père Magloire fine calvados
½ ounce Fino sherry
½ ounce Lillet
1 ounce Campari
2 dash Bittered Sling "Cascade Celery" bitters
1. Stir all ingredients together with ice.
2. Strain over fresh cubes in an old fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a long strip of grapefruit peel, squeezing the citrus oils over the top of the cocktail before dropping the peel into the drink.
