ounce Père Magloire fine calvados
½
ounce Fino sherry
½
ounce Lillet
1
ounce Campari
2
dash Bittered Sling "Cascade Celery" bitters

Step 1
Stir all ingredients together with ice.
Step 2
Strain over fresh cubes in an old fashioned glass.
Step 3
Garnish with a long strip of grapefruit peel, squeezing the citrus oils over the top of the cocktail before dropping the peel into the drink.
