cup vegetable oil (125 ml)

plantains, peeled and sliced lengthwise, or in circles

Directions

Step 1

In a large, heavy saucepan over high heat, fry plantain on both sides until golden brown. Remove plantain from pan, and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
