Tbsp (15 mL) dry sherry, if desired

oz (350 g) raw, frozen lobster tail meat, cut into chunked

Tbsp (30 mL) basil, chopped, if desired

oz (350 g) linguine, cooked and drained

Directions

Step 1

Prepare Knorr® Parma-Rosa® Pasta Sauce Mix according to package directions, adding sherry to sauce (if using) at beginning. Stir in lobster 5 minutes before end of cooking. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil, if desired. Serve over hot cooked linguine.

Step 2

TIP: Try adding green peas, broccoli florets, mushrooms or red peppers for an easy veggie boost!
