avocado

cup shelled and cooked edamame
½
small onion, diced

Tbsp chopped cilantro

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of half a lime
pinch salt and pepper

Step 1
In a food processor, add avocado, edamame, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt and pepper. Process until smooth. Taste and add more salt or cilantro depending on personal preference.
Step 2
Transfer dip to an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for an hour and serve with your favourite chips or snack crackers.
