Tbsp finely grated orange, rind

cup orange, juice

Tbsp liquid honey

tsp ground cumin

pinch salt

dash hot pepper sauce

small mango, peeled, and, diced

sweet green pepper

sweet red pepper, diced

green onion, minced

Step 1

In large bowl, whisk together orange rind, orange juice, honey, cumin, salt and hot pepper sauce.

Step 2

Stir in mangoes, pepper and onion.

Step 3

Let stand for 20 minutes.
