Directions for: Maple Bacon Caesar


1 lb(s) bacon

1 stalk celery

6 oz Clamato or Walter's Mild Caesar Mix

2 dashes lime pepper hot sauce

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 oz Iceberg vodka

½ oz maple syrup

1 wedge lime

brown sugar

Amola Caesar Salt Rim


1. Lay bacon out in strips on a baking sheet and cover in maple syrup and brown sugar. Bake at 375ºF until bacon until the fat has been rendered.

2. Rim a tall chilled glass with Amola Caesar Salt Mix.

3. In the rimmed glass, mix: 2 oz Iceberg Vodka, 5 oz Clamato or Walter's, 2 dashes hot sauce and 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce. Stir until properly mixed. Add ice.

4. Garnish with a lime wedge, cooled candied bacon and celery stalk. Drizzle a touch or maple syrup over top.
