ingredients

cup bottled peanut sate sauce (125 mL)
¼
cup honey (60 mL)

Tbsp bottled lime juice (45 mL)

Tbsp soy sauce (sodium reduced is best) (30 mL)

Tbsp prepared ginger (15 mL)
½
tsp paprika (2 mL)

oranges, cut
2
apples, cut
French vanilla yogurt
Cooking spray

g McCain 5 minute fries (16 oz)
Seasoning salt

Step 1

Combine peanut sate sauce, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, prepared ginger and paprika into the bottom of a flat casserole dish. Stir well.

Step 2

Coat chicken pieces and let stand in fridge.

Step 3

Serve fruit and yogurt.

Step 4

When it’s time to make dinner…
Preheat oven to broil.

Step 5

Place the chicken on a broiler pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Broil for approx 7 minutes on each side, but check regularly.

Step 6

Chicken should no longer be pink and the juices should run clear.

Step 7

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Step 8

Place fries on top and sprinkle with a little seasoning salt if you like and let stand.

Step 9

When chicken is cooked, remove from oven. Place foil over pan to keep warm.

Step 10

Reset oven to 425 F (220 C).

Step 11

Pop fries into the oven. Bake 5 minutes on one side; flip; then bake 5 minutes on the other side.

Step 12

Dinner is ready.
