Mexican Hot Chocolate

The perfect antidote to a cold winter day. Olé!
2 cup Silk Vanilla, Silk Plus Omega-3 DHA or Silk Chocolate
½ tsp vanilla
3 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
½ tsp cinnamon
1 dash cayenne (optional)
1. In a small saucepan bring Silk to a simmer over medium heat. Whisk in chocolate and continue to cook until chocolate is melted and fully incorporated.
2. Remove from heat and whisk in cinnamon, vanilla and cayenne.
3. Pour into two warm mugs. Top with cinnamon or chocolate sprinkles.
