Mini Fruit Kebabs with Blueberry Yogurt Dip

A fun way to eat fruit at breakfast.
4 fresh pineapple chunks
4 raspberriesBlueberry Yogurt Dip
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 ½ Tbsp honey
1 cup blueberries
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped out
1. Thread the blueberries, pineapple chunks and raspberries onto small 3 1/2-inch bamboo skewers in any order you like.Blueberry Yogurt Dip
1. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, blueberries and vanilla seeds to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve the fruit kebabs with the yogurt dip.
