Mortadella and Artichoke Pizza

Directions for: Mortadella and Artichoke Pizza


1 cup pizza sauce

½ cup sliced patted dry mushrooms

½ cup quartered artichoke hearts, marinated

¼ cup pitted black olives

1 cup grated Canadian Mozzarella cheese

1 cup coarsely chopped mortadella

½ cup green bell pepper, sliced

Olive oil


1 pizza crust


1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).

2. Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and black olives. Sprinkle with Canadian Mozzarella cheese; garnish with sliced mortadella and green pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and pepper to taste.

3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
