Step 1
Melt butter.
Step 2
Add apples, mushrooms and green onions.
Step 3
Rissole 2 minutes.
Step 4
Dress plate with one slice of goat cheese in the center.
Step 5
Place garnish (Mesclum Salad) around cheese.
Step 6
Add honey in the mixture.
Step 7
Add salt & pepper.
Step 8
Place mushroom around the cheese.
Step 9
Add the rest of the liquid on the goat cheese.
Step 10
Decorate with carrots and leek julienne.
