A very simple loaf cake that has always been a staple at my house. Not to sweet, and is the go to recipe after blueberry picking!

cup butter

cups sugar
3
cups all purpose-flour
4
eggs

heaping Tbsp baking powder
1
tsp salt
1 ¾
cups milk

Notes
For adding berries. Wash then fully dry your berries, then rolled them in the flour to keep them from sinking.
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Cream butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl.
Step 3
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to your wet ingrediants and mix.
Step 5
Add milk, mix till smooth.
Step 6
Empty batter into loaf pan.
Step 7
Bake for 1 hour.
