Really I’m not asking for much. Just a man with a job, and a car, single, cute … oh and anatomically correct. Apparently, it’s a taller order than you’d think!

pkg of flaky pie crust mix, (prepare as directed)
⅓
cup butter, melted
1
cup brown sugar
2
Tbsp milk
1
egg, beaten
1
Tbsp pure maple syrup
½
tsp vanilla extract
Coconut and/or raisins

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F (175C)
Step 2
Separate dough into 12 firm balls. Flatten each ball and roll out to fit in muffin tins.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine sugar and butter; mix well. Add, milk, beaten egg, maple syrup and vanilla; stir well.
Step 4
Place 1 tsp. of coconut or raisins in the bottom of each tart shell. Pour mixture on top of coconut to fill muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
