Ingredients

cup orange juice concentrate, slightly softened so easy to scoop (250 ml)

cup yogurt (250 ml)
1
cup softened vanilla ice cream (250 ml)
2
Tbsp light corn syrup (30 ml)

Directions
Step 1
Place orange juice, yogurt, vanilla ice cream and corn syrup into a food processor or blender. Pulse until combined. Pour evenly into popsicle moulds. Lightly knock the moulds to release air bubbles. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, about 8 hours to overnight. Serve. Makes about 2 ½ cups of base that fills seven 1/3 cup moulds.
