Orange-Hoisin Pork Tenderloin

1. Heat oven to 400F (205C). In a large freezer bag add VH Garlic Hoisin Sauce, VH Soya Sauce, orange juice, onions and cilantro, blend well. Add tenderloins and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.

2. Place all the ingredients from the bag in a large baking dish, roast uncovered in oven until the internal temperature reads 160F (70C), about 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of pork.

3. Let pork rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve with liquid from pan and extra VH Garlic Hoisin Sauce for dipping.

1. If the liquid in the baking dish is getting too dry, add 2-3 tbsp of water to regain a sauce consistency.
