Eating these delicious herbed potatoes is a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

large baking potatoes, scrubbed
2
tsp freshly chopped rosemary
coarse salt, to taste
1
pinch chili powder

Tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice potatoes into 1/8 inch thick rounds and transfer to a large bowl.

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients and toss until evenly coated.

Step 4

Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper (or directly on an oiled sheet) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Step 5

Turn trays often and remove any chips that have browned sooner than others. (Cooking time will vary).

Step 6

Serve with ribs or by themselves
