Ingredients

cup (180 ml) Canadian Ricotta
½
cup (125 ml) milk

Tbsp (45 ml) whole-grain mustard

cup (60 ml) fresh chives, chopped

Salt and freshly ground pepper

cup (1.5 L) short pasta, regular or whole wheat, cooked

cup (375 ml) carrots, peeled and grated

cup (250 ml) celery, diced
1 ½
cup (375 ml) broccoli florets, raw or blanched

cup (250 ml) ham, finely diced

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, whip Ricotta with milk.

Step 2

Add mustard and chives, and season.

Step 3

Add remaining ingredients, toss and serve.

Step 4

Cheese alternatives: Canadian Cream cheese, Mascarpone.
