Combine the peaches, strawberries, banana, juice, yogurt and honey in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Tip: Try smoothie by replacing the yogurt with 1 cup/250 mL vanilla soy milk or 1 cup/250 mL drained and crumbled silken tofu. Also, unsweetened frozen fruit works well in smoothies if fresh is not available. If there is leftover smoothie mixture, freeze in ice cube trays or Popsicle trays for a quick frozen dessert option.
