Dried marinated moose meat, thinly sliced

Dried blueberries and cranberries

Dried onions

Duck fat



1. Finely slice the dried moose meat, berries and onions. Add salt.

2. Melt the duck fat and pour into a mold.

3. The melted fat should just cover the mixture. Allow it to set in the refrigerator.
