Directions for: Pico de Gallo


1 tomato, diced

1 onion, finely chopped

½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

2 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper


1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
