Prep Time: 15 minutes
Take out equipment and ingredients. Preheat oven 375 degree F.
Melt butter in a large nonstick fry pan over medium heat.
Finely chop onion and add to pan as you chop.
Sauté until just translucent, then remove from heat.
Whisk egg whites until frothy in a mixing bowl.
Add yolks, cream, milk, biscuit mix and pepper.
Whisk together until well blended.
Add cooked onion into egg mixture and stir until well combined.
Spray a 9″ pie plate with cooking spray.
Pour egg mixture into pie plate.
Drizzle pizza sauce all over egg mixture.
Slice mushrooms and finely chop green pepper. Be creative and add anything else you like.
Sprinkle cheese all over top.
Bake in hot oven. Set timer for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and an inserted knife comes clean.
Tear lettuce in bite size pieces directly into salad spinner.
Rinse and spin dry. Arrange lettuce on serving plates.
Top with croutons and bacon bits.
Blend dressing with mayonnaise in a coffee mug and drizzle evenly over lettuce.
