1 pkg Knorr® Turkey Classic Roast Gravy Mix
1 cup (250 mL) cold water
1 pkg (2 lbs/1 kg) frozen French fries, prepared according to package directions
6 oz (180 g) cheese curds (or chopped fresh mozzarella cheese)
1. Combine Knorr® Turkey Classic Roast Gravy Mix with 1 cup (250 ml) water (instead of 1 ¼ cup/300 ml water in package directions) in small saucepan with wire whisk.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until gravy is thickened, about 5 minutes.
3. Top hot French fries with gravy, then with cheese curds. Serve immediately.
