This is an easy recipe for those with a wicked sweet tooth.
1 can evaporated milk
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 Tbsp butter, plus extra for greasing
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups pecan halves
1. Heat evaporated milk on high.
2. Add sugar, butter and vanilla.
3. Stir continuously until mixture thickens to a molasses-like consistency.
4. Stir in pecans.
5. Spoon large scoop onto greased tinfoil or waxed paper and let cool.
