1 cup couscous, cooked

1 each red onion and red pepper, cut in small sticks

⅓ cup chopped Italian parsley

⅓ cup raisins

⅓ cup toasted sliced almonds

½ cup canned chick peas, rinsed and drained

½ cup Miracle Whip Dressing

¼ cup plain 2% yogurt

1 tsp ground cumin

Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste


1. COMBINE ingredients, pre-blending dressing, yogurt and seasonings; chill.
