Quick Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients

lb(s) (500 g) package macaroni or other short pasta
3
eggs
3
cup shredded Canadian Mild Cheddar
cup ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

In a large saucepan, cook pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes (follow package directions).

Step 2

While pasta cooks, break eggs into a large bowl and beat. Stir in cheese, ketchup, salt and pepper, combining well.

Step 3

Drain cooked pasta and add to bowl. Toss well. Pasta can be reheated in the same saucepan or in bowl in microwave oven.

Step 4

Better still: Cover with your choice of shredded Canadian cheese and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
