Roasted Cauliflower with Almonds

Ease of Preparation: Easy.Simply spread the ingredients out on a pan, drizzle and cook.
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup sliced almonds
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Put cauliflower florets into a 9" by 13" baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Add salt and pepper and almonds.
4. Toss well and roast in oven until golden and tender, about 25 minutes.
